Butchery
Bootle’s Butchery is a revival of all the goodness of a local butcher. Headed by Angharad Onions who trained at HG Walter, a leading UK butcher, we take the traditional and crafted approach to butchery.
We buy whole carcasses and carve the meat ourselves, meaning special requests can be fulfilled and the whole animal is used. Additionally, we make sausages, ham and bacon inhouse.
