1.Bring one liter water to boil
2.Drop dumplings in and stir to prevent sticking. Start a 6 minutes timer at this point.
3.Allow water to reach a rolling boil again before reducing to a simmer for the remaining time.
1.Heat oil in a pan on medium heat.
2.When pan is hot,put froen dumplings on the pan until golden brown on one side.
3.Add 1/4 cup of water then cover until water evaporates.
